Revamping the E-Title system and Title Registration Database for the Department of Land Title Settlement

1. The Chairman Department Procurement Committee on behalf of the Commissioner General of Land Title Settlement now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified     bidders for developing, upgrading, and maintaining of the existing IT System of the Department. 

2. Bids will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure (NCB).

3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from, Chief Accountant of Land Title Settlement Department. (Tele. 0112 797459/ 0707 370310)

4. A complete set of bidding document in English language shall be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written request and upon a payment of non refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00 to the Shroff, within office days from 21.04.2023 to 11.05.2023 during 9.00am to 3.00 pm. 6. Duly completed bids shall be submitted to the address, Chief Accountant, Land Title Settlement Department, 2nd floor, “Mihikatha Medura”, No1200/6, Rajamalwatta Road, Battaramulla, on or before 10.00 a.m of  12.05.2023.

7. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of bids at 10.00 am on 12.05.2023 and bidders or their authorized representative can participate to the opening of bids.

8. Late bids would be rejected without any acceptance.
