Extension of the time for the Submission of Bids - Revamping the E-Title system and Title Registration Database for the Department of Land Title Settlement

Chapters 04, 06 and 07 of the paper advertisement published in the Daily News Newspaper dated 21.04.2023 regarding the above procurement, are amended as follows and the time period for the submission of bids is extended.

4. A complete set of bidding document in English language shall be purchased by interested bidders on

submission of a written request and upon a payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00 to the

Shroff, within office days from 21.04.2023 to 18.05.2023 during 9.00am to 3.00 pm. (Please call

6. Duly completed bids shall be submitted to the address, Chief Accountant, Land Title Settlement

Department, 2nd floor, “Mihikatha Medura”, No1200/6, Rajamalwatta Road, Battaramulla, on or before

10.00 a.m of 19.05.2023.

7. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of bids at 10.00 am on 19.05.2023 and bidders or

their authorized representative can participate to the opening of bids.

2. All other terms and conditions relevant to this procurement will be unchanged.
